Rather to my surprise I've been quite enjoying the coverage of the Winter Olympics. I particularly enjoyed the "board cross" event. I mean, I knew what snowboarding was, but I didn't appreciate that in the Olympics they send them down the hill four at a time and make them race against each other. Considerably more satisfying than yon solo against the clock stuff.
I digress.
During the coverage of the women's downhill last night, I spotted a guy in the crowd holding up a big home-made sign that read "More cowbell!"
Class. Pure class.
Watched - I think it was ski cross - similar thing, 4 eejits heading down at the same time - great fun, almost as violent as ice hockey!
