Me and Andy had a rather enjoyable - if fairly gentle - wander round the "3 Lochs" route in the Trossachs last Saturday. I'll stick a couple of photos up in due course.

      Likewise - plus if you've got a song with the right beat playing in the background it somehow gets even more satisfyingly addictive. ;)
