It might be an accurate description I suppose, but there was always something about this song that really got to me. Might be the combination of the tune and the video perhaps - I can't think of the music without calling to mind at least some of the images, and that's unusual for me. Mind you, when I started listening to music there were no videos. And time past/lost/remembered is what it's all about, eh?
The expression on the face of the bloke with the briefcase never fails to threaten to make me greet if I'm maudlin to begin with. Or half cut to begin with, obviously.
