Sgor Gaoith

It'll be clear even to the most casual reader that things have been quiet - quieter? - on the blog recently. All manner of reasons - lethargy chief amongst them probably - have contributed, but if I can get one or two problematic vessels back on an even keel, then before too too long I'll hopefully be able to regain the halcyon days of  delivering at least five posts each month. (No salivating at the back, eh?)

Until all that happens, here's some photies of me & Andy on a return visit to Sgor Gaoith, a trip we've long been meaning to make on a clear day, given the appalling weather the hill bestowed upon us last time.

There are views, it turns oot.

A good day, all things considered.

  1. Brings back memories of my first day out with varifocal lenses. Standing on the summit and looking down was quite an experience!

Keep trying to remember to email you the photos I took when we met on Meikle Bin. Hope I can find your address again (lol).

    1. Andy took a photo basically looking straight down, with his legs dangling over the edge. I couldn't look. Give me the gentle non-threatening slopes of Meikle Bin any day. ;)
