I'd been thinking about trying to take a day off on Friday. The stuff I had on at work was supposed to last all week, but finished today.
Then, however, I was referred to the forecast.
"Friday 12 December
...gusts 70-85mph; progressively strengthening through the day....Mobility on higher exposed
areas will become very difficult... severe wind chill.......generally blanket cloud at 450-700m....Sunshine unlikely. Hazy at best, and visibility at times appalling."
Visibility appalling? I'm no' liking the sound of that.
I'll maybe see if I can take Monday off instead.
