When me and Andy were coming back down Glen Ceitlin last Saturday, it occurred to me - not for the first time that day - that the frost/snow/cloud combination was making the world look rather monochromatic. I'd kind of assumed it was one of those effects of the natural light that wouldn't translate properly when it was photographed, but...this is black and white-enough looking to be going on with, if you ask me.

It's probably hard to believe, but the beard photoshopping was done entirely by me. It wasn't sent away to a professional or anything.
